Viewing your profile I can easily go to your previous blogs, but from your previous blog I could not come here. Might be okay. Luck.
You could always create a new profile which would separate the old and new blogs completely. I've added your new one to my blogrolling, but I've made both private for the time being so you can't be tracked that way.
Another alternative would be to rename your old blog and make it private so it can't be found - as long as nobody else includes a link, you should be good.
I think it's better if I just start out fresh. Unfortunately.
